On April 16, the Hudson Hawks hosted the Marlborough Panthers in John Ahearn Memorial Tournament’s opening round.

White uniform covered in dirt from sliding on the basepaths, Hudson softball’s Livi Sousa stood proudly after the game wearing gold necklace.

The Hudson High School lacrosse team had a strong start to the season on April 2, defeating the Marlborough Panthers 19-16.

The Midland-Wachusett League has announced the 2024 winter all-stars, which includes several high schools in our region.

Algonquin will now face No. 1 Duxbury in the MIAA Division 2 semifinal. Duxbury defeated No. 9 Milton, 2-1, just before Algonquin took the ice.

The competition was fierce, but the best part, according to all involved, was raising money to fight cancer.

It could have been the Hudson girls basketball team’s last home game this season – and the team certainly made it count.

“It’s family. Being part of that club, that’s a family right there. Being part of the Hudson Hawks – it’s all a family. Everyone is so welcoming."

“Everyone’s into it. Everyone’s there for each other. We’re in a great spot right now going into these last few games,” said Stevens.

Although the Hawks lost, 54-41, to the title-contender Tyngsborough Tigers – who entered action with an impressive 6-1 record – Murphy and the team focused on improvement, not the box score.

In Hudson, there wasn’t any questioning whether the cross country team would find success, but if they would be able to field a team at all.

The Hudson Hawks on Friday night soundly defeated the Northbridge Rams, 68-48, to start the season 1-0 and secure Mike Notaro Jr.’s first win as the program’s head coach.

Community members gathered at Hudson Bowl on Thanksgiving to watch the Hudson Hawks dominate the Marlborough Panthers

Hudson’s 40-37 loss at Mansfield High School sent a message: the Hawks don’t quit.

The Hudson High School volleyball team fell in the MIAA Division 4 semi-finals against Ipswich on Nov. 14 3-1.

The Hawks defeated the No.5 Lynnfield Pioneers, 28-13, in the quarterfinals to officially advance to the MIAA Division 6 semifinals.

For the first time in program history, the Hudson High School volleyball team has reached the MIAA Division 4 semifinals. 

Both teams came into the game with winning records, but the Hawks eventually came out on top on Senior Night, winning 40-21 over the Patriots.
