It appears there will be contested races for Town Moderator and the Northborough School Committee in the Northborough election.

Northborough –Mark Leahy has announced that he is retiring next month as Northborough’s Police Chief to become the executive director of the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association.
He will be taking over for the association’s current executive director A. Wayne Sampson, who is the former Shrewsbury Police Chief.
Northborough selectmen approve belly dancing for local establishment
Northborough - After some hesitation, the Northborough Board of Selectmen approved a measure that will allow belly dancing at a local restaurant, Zem Han.
The decision to amend the restaurant's entertainment license to allow belly dancing one night on every other weekend, was made during the board's Nov. 5 meeting.
