Vigeant wins mayoral race in Marlborough

Marlborough - The new mayor of Marlborough will be Arthur Vigeant, who defeated Matthew Jones by a slim 42 votes in the November 1 municipal election. Vigeant received 2,996 votes and Jones received 2,954. Vigeant will succeed Mayor Nancy Stevens who chose not to re-seek the seat she has held for the past six years.
