Westborough to celebrate Purple Heart Town designation
Westborough – All Purple Heart recipients and their families are invited Sunday, Aug. 7, to a “ribbon cutting” to celebrate Westborough’s new signage identifying it as a Purple Heart Town. The event, in conjunction with Purple Heart Day, will take place at 1 p.m. at the Northborough/Westborough town line eastbound on Route 9.
