Ashland to hold Live Candidates’ Forum

April 29 @ 6:00 pm

Ashland – Ashland residents will have an opportunity to hear from candidates for town offices at a moderated forum Monday, April 29 at the Ashland Library, Schiesske Community Room, 66 Front St. The forum starts at 6 p.m. Roberta Soolman and Judy Leavey will serve as moderators.

All residents are invited to attend and will have an opportunity to directly question the candidates. Residents are also encouraged to email their questions in advance to [email protected].

Ashland has two contested races this year. Kate Jurczyk and Tricia Kendall are vying for one five-year seat on the Planning Board and Adam Elbirt, Brandi Kinsman, Joe Magnani, and Jane Stefanini are running for two three-year seats as Selectmen.

Uncontested candidates are Charles Lidtz for Board of Assessors; Paul Kendall and Erin Williams for School Committee; Bonnie Mitchell for Library Trustee; Diane Mortensen and Judi Teller for Board of Health; and Adam Shuster for Town Meeting Moderator.
