GRAFTON: Grafton Garden Club announces Bridge of Flowers road trip

Grafton – The Grafton Garden Club will hold a road trip to the “Bridge of Flowers” Saturday, Oct. 13, leaving at 9 a.m. from the Grafton Municipal Center – Rear, 30 Providence Rd., Grafton. Carpool from the rear of the Grafton Municipal Center to Shelburne Falls to see the former trolley bridge that has been converted into the famous “Bridge of Flowers.” Enjoy fall foliage, stop for lunch, and explore the charming town of Shelburne in western Massachusetts. Drivers will be reimbursed $30. Free for Grafton GC members, and $10 for non-members. Call 508-839-6928 for more information.
The Grafton Garden Club, is a 501(c) (3) registered non-profit organization with members from many area towns. The club promotes interest in and knowledge of gardening, provides scholarships and grants to area students and schools for the educational pursuit of horticulture, plant/soil science, botany, ecology and environmental studies.
