Grand Opening of New Library Book Sale Room, Dec. 3-5
December 3 - December 5
Ashland – The Friends of the Ashland Library will hold a book sale at the library, 66 Front Street, on the weekend of Dec. 3-5. One difference this year is that, instead of holding the sale in the community room where volunteers move and set up hundreds of books on tables, the sale will be held in a new permanent space at the library.
The new book sale room measures approximately 18’X30.’ Shelves are being installed around the perimeter of the room as well as in the center, enabling approximately 5,000 books to be displayed. Work began over the summer to create the new book sale space.
