Penta is named chair of Westborough Economic Development Committee

Westborough – Deborah Penta has been named chair of the Westborough Economic Development Committee (EDC), replacing Lester Hensley, who held the position for the last three years.

Penta is the CEO and founder of Penta Marketing Communication, Inc., a full-service marketing firm located in Westborough.

Joe MacDonough, the former CEO of Westborough Bank, was named vice-chair.

The committee is comprised of town officials and four appointed business leaders from local companies to help promote business in the town and provide advice to the Board of Selectmen on economic development policy.
