Northborough – Paul W. Kemp III, 58, died at his home Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 after a short battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Mary (Angelico) Kemp for the past 24 years. Born in Bloomsburg, Penn., he was the son of Louise (Getty) Kemp of Blue Hills, Maine and the late Paul W. Kemp Jr. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh with a bachelor degree in engineering.
