Shrewsbury – Nicholas Michael Leoni, 21, passed away suddenly Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2011.
Born Oct. 26, 1989, he was the cherished son of Clifford and Sandra (Bradley) Leoni. He attended Worcester State University and earned Dean's List honors and was a graduate of Shrewsbury High School.
Mr. Leoni was passionate about his music, attended many concerts and enjoyed playing the guitar and drums. His greatest enjoyment came from spending time traveling, camping and hiking with his family. He treasured the time he spent with his brother, Tony, and close friends.
He leaves his loving parents, Cliff and Sandy, and his brother, Anthony. He is survived by his maternal grandparents, Gary and Arlene Bradley of New Port Richey, Florida. He is predeceased by his Grandmum Joan Leoni and leaves his paternal grandfather, Richard Leoni and his wife Nancy of Holden. He is also survived by his aunts Karen Bradley of Ottawa, ON, Canada, Gayle Loiacano (husband Joe) of New Port Richey, FL, Traci Braun (husband Jack) of Charlotte, NC, and Judy Surabian (husband Gary) of Wake Forest, NC; uncles, Doug Bradley (wife Stacy) of Omaha, NE, Bruce Bradley (wife Kim) of Buford, GA, and Rich Leoni of Charlton; many cousins; and best friends, Dan O”Leary and Brad Saunders.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home, 648 Main St. Shrewsbury. Visiting hours will be Sunday, Sept. 18, from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 19, with a Mass held at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Parish, 640 Main St., Shrewsbury.
