Shrewsbury – Shrewsbury resident Kathleen Keohane (left) is one of the congregants who attended the reception held to welcome the Rev. Andrew C. Heisen to Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, 34 Prospect St.
Heisen is a graduate of Andover Newton Theological School, Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, and Dartmouth College. He is a “second career” minister having previous experience as a senior network (computing) analyst.
Heisen was installed as pastor in an afternoon service Dec. 11. He has experience in youth ministry, music, and ecumenical relationships, as well as other areas of expertise. He will reside in Shrewsbury with his wife and daughter.
