Literacy Volunteers to present at Westborough Woman's Club meetingWestborough – The RSVP Worcester Area Volunteers will present a program at the Westborough Woman's Club meeting Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 1 p.m. A light luncheon will be served at 12 p.m., followed by a business meeting at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Congregational Church on West Main Street.

The RSVP Worcester Area Volunteers is a non-profit organization that is a part of the Senior Corps program and sponsored nationally by the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS). Since 1971, RSVP has been connecting people age 55 and over with opportunities that focus on compelling needs in the Worcester area. The organization has more than 500 members who serve at over 70 local public and non-profit agencies in the greater Worcester area.

The guest fee for the Feb. 14 meeting is $2 per person. Reservations should be made by calling Reggie at 508-366-1822.

Westborough Woman's Club is a member of the General Federation of Women's Club. The club has been providing community service for the past 85 years. For information on membership, contact Reggie at 508-366-1822.
