School organization raising funds for Marlborough High School All-NighterMarlborough – Marlborough High School (MHS) will hold its annual After Prom All-Nighter Celebration for graduating seniors and their guests Friday, June 1. The event is planned and organized by high school parents and staff and provides a safe alternative to other high-risk after-prom events. Nearly 100 percent of MHS graduating seniors attend the all-nighter party. In 26 years of offering the get-together, none of the students have been involved in an accident or encountered any trouble on what is statistically one of the most dangerous nights for this age group. The organizers have now launched a new website at www.mhsallnighter.org.

This event is not possible without donations and support from the community – from food and beverage donations to financial support and prizes. Although the school district supports the program philosophically and physically, it does not provide financial assistance. Upcoming/On-Going events to benefit the All-Nighter include:

*Now through May 31, at Stevie's Eatery, for every menu item over $6 ordered, $1 will be donated to the MHS All-Nighter. Visit the All-Nighter website for a coupon. Stevie's Eatery, 222L East Main St. (Post Road Plaza, between Monnicks and Ocean State), Marlborough, 508-460-3352.

*Spring Fling – Saturday, April 28, at 8 p.m., Masonic Hall
