Shrewsbury– Priya Rathnam, Reference Librarian at Shrewsbury Public Library, has announced that patrons now have access to language learning wherever they go with the new free Android app and iPhone app for Mango Languages. Just visit the library website at www.shrewsbury-ma.gov/library and click on the link for Reference and Research and find Mango Languages. Log in with your library card number and create a username and password and you'se ready to go.
Simply touch the screen to reveal answers and to hear pronunciations by native speakers. You'sl learn vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and culture in each lesson. Once the apps and lessons are downloaded, you can learn at your own pace.
