Brian W. Margadonna, 59Marlborough – Brian W. Margadonna, 59, died Monday, May 7, 2012 at Marlborough Hospital after suffering a heart attack earlier in the day. He was the husband of Cheryl A. (Flagg) Margadonna for the past 40 years.

Born, raised and educated in Marlborough, the son of the late Eugene and Rose P. (Langevine) Margadonna, he was a graduate of Marlborough High School, Class of 1970, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Suffolk University.

Brian was a project manager at Marlborough Foot Works for the last 10 years, previously working for Valkyrie Corp. in Worcester as a project manager, and New Balance in Cambridge as a supervisor, both for many years. He enjoyed sports, vacationing in Maine, the ocean and his grandchildren. Brian was a loving, caring, hard-working man with a great sense of humor.

Besides his wife, he leaves three sons, Justin D. Margadonna and his wife, Tara, of O”Fallon, Mo., Seth E. Margadonna and his wife, Jackie, of Gardner, and Brady B. Margadonna of Marlborough; his mother-in-law, Severina Simoneau of Northborough; a brother-in-law, Russell Flagg and his wife, Andrea, of Marlborough; his former daughter-in-law, Melissa Margadonna of Barre; four nieces, Wendy Walker of Holden, Julie Weego of Hampton Beach, N.H., Bethany Ladrie of Marlborough and Christie Paglia of Southborough; three grandchildren, Megan Margadonna of Barre, Troy Margadonna of Gardner and Stella Margadonna of O”Fallon; four great-nieces, Vanessa, Alexis, Allison and Maeve; and three great-nephews, Matthew, Will and Joseph.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, May 11, at 9 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Church, Prospect Street, Marlborough. Burial will be private following cremation. Calling hours will be held Thursday, May 10, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home, 378 Lincoln St., Marlborough.
