We are pleased with the initial response from area businesses and individuals and hope to build on that support as the project moves along. It's imperative for the project's success.”

The Habitat for Humanity Wayland project is the product of a partnership between the Town of Wayland and Habitat for Humanity – MetroWest/Greater Worcester (HFH-MWGW). The Town of Wayland has donated the parcel of land, 3.2 acres, to HFH-MWGW, awarding them the right to develop this land with two duplexes as four affordable Habitat homes in a new neighborhood off of Stonebridge Road, Wayland, as a friendly Chapter 40 B project. The Town of Wayland has also committed $150,000 to the project as well as a match dollar-for dollar of $206,000.
