Hudson – Brian J. Leavis, 39, died peacefully, with his family by his side, Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014 at Lowell General Hospital, as the result of injuries sustained in a fall.

Born and raised in Hudson, he was the loving son of John and Patricia Leavis of Hudson. Brian was a graduate of Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School and worked for many years as an auto glass technician at various companies in the area.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Olivia Brooke Leavis and his long-time girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Michele Costello of Tewksbury; his sisters, Dawn Bacon and her husband, Bob, and their children, Alyssa, Courtney and Baylie Bacon of Southborough, and Kim Tomaras and her partner, Rob Kenney, and their children, Danielle and Marissa Tomaras of Hampton, N.H,; his son, Andrew Siniawski, currently serving in the U.S. Army, stationed in Hawaii; his aunt and godmother, Robin Joyce and her husband, Larry, and their children of Hudson; as well as several cousins.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, Jan. 18, at 9 a.m., in Saint Michael's Church, 21 Manning St., Hudson. Burial services will be held privately in Forestvale Cemetery at a later date. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours Friday, Jan. 17, from 4 – 8 p.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Brian may be made to the Olivia Leavis College Trust Fund, c/o Saint Mary's Credit Union, 133 W. Main St., Marlborough, MA 01752.
