Marlborough – The Marlborough Savings Bank (MSB) will be holding a free, first-time home buyers seminar on Wednesday, April 9, from 6-9 p.m. at its 71 Boston Post Road branch.

For those who are ready to take the first steps to becoming a homeowner, this seminar will help prepare you for each step of the mortgage process. MSB mortgage specialist Martin O”Sullivan, who will be presenting the seminar, has guided many people through their first time purchasing a home. O”Sullivan has nearly 25 years of lending experience and is familiar with the landscape of today's market. During the seminar, he will be covering several topics including, but not limited to :how to apply and qualify for a mortgage; what are the down payment requirements and what programs are available for first-time home buyers.

O”Sullivan offered this advice to anyone planning to attend, or looking for more information in general: ?”Ask ask ask! Bring your questions, educate yourself, and do your research.”

Space is limited, so please call the branch at 508-460-4142 or e-mail Branch Manager Alise Karle at akarle@agreatbank.com to reserve your space.
