Region – During Avidia Bank’s recent Annual Meeting, Fred Williams was recognized for his service as retiring and outgoing chair of the Board of Directors. Successor Jim Tashjian was voted in as the new chair. Tashjian has been a board member and corporator of Avidia Bank for 45 years.
