Hudson – Helder Bairos, 51, of Hudson, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016, surrounded by his family. He was born in Santa Maria, Azores, and had been a longtime resident of Hudson and Clinton.
He is survived by his children, Jessica (Bairos) Russo and her husband Richard of Milford, Joshua Bairos of Hudson, and Jacob Bairos of Lowell, and three grandchildren, Olivia Bairos, Ella Russo, and Grayson Russo. He is also survived by his parents, Jose and Zenalia Bairos of Hudson, and his sisters, Paula Eggert and her husband John of Huntsville, Al., and their daughter Amanda Williams of Chula Vista, Calif.; Mecia Moore and her husband Shane and their son Adin of Clinton; and Lisete Bairos of Worcester.
Visiting hours will be Tuesday, March 1, from 5-8 p.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson. The funeral will be held Wednesday, March 2, at 8 a.m., from Tighe-Hamilton, followed by a Mass at 9 a.m. at St. Michael’s Parish, 21 Manning St., Hudson. The burial will be private.
