She has been a great daughter, sister, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother for everyone in our family. She was very simple and patient women who left behind fond memories for everyone she met throughout her life. She taught our family the meaning of family.
She is survived by her three children, brother, sister, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will honor and remember Urmilla’s life by gathering Wednesday, July 13, from 1-2 p.m., for a calling hour in the Ellen Kennedy Rogers Chapel of the Rural Cemetery & Crematory, 180 Grove St., Worcester, followed by Hindu ceremony and rites with cremation at 2 p.m.
