Westborough – Every other year, Westborough High School celebrate with a Week of Lights. The school brings in portable lights to illuminate the turf field and plays host for boys’ soccer, girls’ soccer, field hockey and football.
Fans, local and from out of town, come to cheer on the Rangers. Each game had an impressive turnout and the energy and enthusiasm of the fans never wavered through all of the highs and the lows.
Westborough Rangers’ fans were out in full force cheering on their classmates and friends. The support and energy fueled the teams’ spirits all week long.QB #18 Peter LaMountain hands off to #30 Martin Moran in a game against Shepherd Hill Regional High School. The Rangers put 26 points on the board but it was not enough for a win. The final score was 59-26.Westborough’s #9 Skyler Barry battles for possession in front of Nashoba Regional High School’s goal with #16 Jacquelyn Harnett. Westborough lost, 1-0. 90#10 Grace Desmond receives a pass from her teammate to advance past #11 Kylie Dudek , #18 Shellaina Gordon and goalie Brooke Feltus to put another point on the board for the Rangers in the field hockey game against Fitchburg High School Oct. 5. Westborough shut out Fitchburg, 5-0.
