Marlborough – Lorraine (Brennan) Comas, 93, of Marlborough, died peacefully Friday, Dec. 1, 2017 residing in the loving home of her daughter Claudette, with support from her partner Joseph Tagliaferri and former son-in-law John Mitchell.

Mrs. Comas worked as an executive secretary to the V.P. at Data General for over a decade. Once retired, after the death of her beloved husband, Lt. Colonel Robert G. Comas, USAF in 1984, she played a most loving and integral role in the growth and welfare of her grandchildren Justin and Garrett Mitchell.

Lorraine was born April 29, 1924 in Worcester, the daughter of the late William and Anna (Bedard) Brennan. She was a graduate of Becker College and a member of the Immaculate Conception Church. She supported many diverse charitable organizations.

Her legacy is pure LOVE!

She is survived by two children, Robert Comas Jr. and Claudette Mitchell, both of Marlborough; her daughter-in-law, Cherryl Comas of Bolton; and her son-in-law, John Mitchell of Marlborough; her grandchildren, Justin Mitchell and his wife, Andrea, Garrett Mitchell, Christopher and Gregory Comas; and her great-grandchildren, Brayden and Aiden Mitchell. She is also survived by her sisters, Ruth Boland of Marlborough and Jean Brennan of Framingham, and her brother, Robert Brennan of Marlborough. She was also the mother of the late Claude Comas, DMD.

A funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, Dec. 6, at 11 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Church, 11 Prospect St., Marlborough. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough. There are no funeral home calling hours.
