Marlborough – Virginia L. (Paglicco) Natale, 79, of Marlborough, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017.
Born in Jamaica Plain, she was the daughter of the late Emilio and Louise (Sateriale) Paglicco. She graduated from Roslindale High School in 1956 and soon met her husband, the late Vincent W. Natale, and married in 1958.
Moving to Marlborough in 1960, she worked at Incoterm in Northborough and raised her family. She later was employed as payroll administrator for the Sudbury School System, retiring in 2008.
A cat lover, she was never without a cat as her companion.
Her passion was dance, especially ballroom dancing. Through the years she won numerous competitions for her excellence.
Virginia is survived by her son, Vincent S. Natale and his wife Cathleen of Marlborough; her daughters, Kim Rutan and her husband Randolph of Gloucester and Karen Natale of Marlborough; her grandsons, Steven and Jonathan Natale; her sister-in-law, Audrey Paglicco of Foxboro; and her nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Charles Paglicco, Mae DiPietro and Nanci Moretti.
Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, Dec. 27, from 4-7 p.m., at the Slattery Funeral Home Inc., 40 Pleasant St., Marlborough. A funeral service will be held Thursday, Dec. 28, at 11 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough.
