Ronaldo Marinho De AragãoMarlborough – Ronaldo Marinho De Aragão, 57, of Marlborough, died Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017 at UMass Medical Center in Worcester. He was the husband of Lucia V. Santos for the past 32 years.

He was born in Governador Valadares, MG, Brasil, and was raised and educated in Ipatinga, Brasil, the son of Geraldo Zarga De Aragão and Elza Maria Marinho (Silva) Aragão. He owned and operated Universal Painting in Marlborough for 20 years. In Brasil, he owned and operated Pousada Vila do Porto in Porto de Galinhas, Pernambuco.

Ronaldo was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. He loved music, played the bongo drums, and enjoyed Samba, the ocean and beach. He was a certified wine taster, and will be remembered by those who knew him as an outgoing, energetic, kind and generous man.

Besides his wife Lucia, he leaves his son, Bruno Aragão and his wife Isabela of Marlborough; his daughter, Brenda Vasconcelos Aragão of Marlborough; two brothers, Romualdo Aragão of Ipatinga, Brasil and Roberto Aragão of Worcester; a sister, Ronilda Marinho Aragão of Marlborough; two grandchildren, Laila Vasconcelos Aragão Ramos and Mila Siqueira Aragão, both of Marlborough; and many nephews, nieces and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, Dec. 27, at 11 a.m., in Immaculate Conception Church, Prospect Street, Marlborough. Burial will be private.  Calling hours will be held Tuesday, Dec. 26, from 6-9 p.m., in the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home, 378 Lincoln St., Marlborough.
