Region – The Main Street Bank Charitable Foundation awarded Indian Hill Music a $5,000 grant for the Ayer Shirley Music Partnership for the 2017-2018 academic year.

The Ayer Shirley Music Partnership began with Indian Hill Music and the former North Middlesex Savings Bank, now Main Street Bank, in 2006. This partnership has successfully addressed the need for music education in the Ayer Shirley Regional School District. This partnership provides free professional violin lessons for all interested fourth- and fifth-grade students. All music lessons are provided by experienced, professional musicians of Indian Hill Music School. The grant also supports Indian Hill’s scholarship program, which helps to make music education fully accessible to anyone who seeks it.
