Region – Lisa Vasile, a nurse practitioner at 4 Better Health Functional Medicine practice in Hopkinton, will be presenting a talk on “Aging with grace and vitality – drop the belief that aging is deteriorating,” on Wednesday, June 6.  The talk will be held at the Acton Pharmacy, Mass. Ave., Acton, at 7 p.m.

This presentation will delve into the top reasons the body has aging symptoms and easy ways to test and treat them.

“It is so common for people to blame pain, brain fog, fatigue and increased blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol on their age, but age is often not really the cause,” Vasile said. “There are often dietary stressors, nutrient deficiencies, digestive or hormone imbalances or low level infections which are stressing the body causing the symptoms.”

The talk will be held at the Acton Pharmacy, Mass. Ave., Acton, at 7 p.m. To register call, 978-236-3901 ext. 6.
