Charlene M. ThibeaultGrafton – Charlene M. Thibeault, 63, passed away peacefully June 14, 2018 from complications of pancreatic cancer, surrounded by her loving family at Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester.

What gave her life purpose was caring for the children, grandchildren and family she adored and brought her so much joy. She leaves her sons, Joseph Atchue and his wife Kathryn and Jason Atchue and his wife Christine; her grandchildren, Joseph, Joshua, Emily and Karah Atchue; her siblings, Norman Thibeault, Debbie Palie, Sharon Douglas, Kevin Thibeault, Melissa Durgan, Donna Godzik and Paul Bogdanowicz; her former husband, Michael Atchue; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Charlene was born Jan. 7, 1955 in Worcester, daughter of Marilyn (Malloy) and Norman Thibeault.

She worked at Raytheon Corporation for more than 20 years and also at Lucent Technologies prior to her retirement.

Under the summer sun, she would head to the shores of Cape Cod or to Maine where many vacations to York Beach left prized memories. She’ll be missed most for her warmth, generosity and kind heart.

All are welcome to gather with Charlene’s family Tuesday, June 19, from 4-7 p.m., at Roney Funeral Home, 152 Worcester St., North Grafton. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, June 20, at 11 a.m., at St. Mary’s Church, 17 Waterville St., North Grafton. Burial will be held at a later date. All attending the funeral Mass are requested to go directly to church.
