Marlborough – Marie K.(Chase) O’Neil, 81, of Marlborough, died June 26, 2018 at Marlborough Hospital.
Born and raised in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Mary (Lord) Chase and the wife of the late John J. O’Neil, who died in 2014.
Marie raised her family and spent many happy times with her grandchildren. For many years she volunteered as a poll worker for the city of Marlborough and was a longtime member of the Immaculate Conception Parish.
Marie is survived by her daughters, Kathleen O’Neil Parente, Kerry O’ Neil and Colleen Sherman; her sons, John O’ Neil and Peter O’Neil; and her 11 grandchildren, soon to be 12.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, June 29, at 9 a.m., at the Immaculate Conception Church, 11 Prospect St., Marlborough. Burial will be private.
