Boylston – After more than three decades of running their successful business, the owners of Fuller Motorhome Rentals, Inc., Bob and Sheri Fuller, decided to add a new twist. In June, they began selling brand new RVs in addition to renting and selling used RVs this year.

“We work together seven days a week; we’re really a well-oiled machine,” Sheri said. “After 34 years, it’s time to try something different.”

Fuller RV has about a dozen new 2019 Gulfstream RVs now on the lot, along with a wide variety of used RVs in different sizes, styles and prices.

“We have something to fit every size family and every budget,” Sheri noted.

She added that they chose to sell Gulfstream not only because it’s a good product, but because there are no other dealers in Massachusetts.

One of the reasons Fuller RV decided to change the game plan after so many years, Sheri explained, is to keep up with the competition.

“We are a family-owned business,” Sheri explained. “We have stayed in business through many hardships and we’ve overcome a lot to become one of the biggest rental companies in the region that is not a franchise.”

While Sheri said they have been “holding our own” against the bigger rental companies, the addition of new RV sales to their inventory is expected to give the business a boost.

With the addition of new RVs, Sheri said they intend to scale back the number of rental units they have available. Currently, they have stock for rent and purchase, offering more than 38 different floor plans. No special license is required for any RV.

Their inventory includes Classes A, B and C units and trailers ranging from 18 to 42 feet and from 2005 to 2019. Most of the new inventory are 25-footers that are perfect for a couple with all the amenities needed for a trip cross country.

“We offer newer, clean and professionally maintained units, and are proud of the fact that we have a Better Business Bureau A+ rating and have been chosen among the Best of Central Mass. businesses,” the couple declared on their website.

For 34 years, Sheri and Bob have run the business together, offering customers personal touches like answering the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Their goal is to provide them with an unforgettable experience.

“We like to see families happy,” Sheri noted. “When they tell us how much fun they had on their trips, it’s a great feeling.”
