Shrewsbury – Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Shrewsbury Sportsman’s Club (SSC) in Shrewsbury will not hold their annual All for Kids: Pancake Breakfast and Fishing Derby which was scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 29.
The event had been a tradition since 2004 with activities geared toward kids and held in conjunction with the Spirit of Shrewsbury Fall Festival.
The decision was made to cancel by the club’s Executive Board last week.
Club President Chris Nichols said that he hopes the event will be back next year and thanks the community for their support over these past years.
