Lucille I. CrossMarlborough – Lucille I. (Bedard) Cross, 76, of Marlborough, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018 at St. Francis Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Her husband, William J. Cross, died in 1985.

She was born, raised, and educated in Marlborough, the daughter of the late Ernest F. and Laura E. (Beausoleil) Bedard.

She worked at Shaw’s, Bradlees, Caldor’s, Rich’s Department Store, Marlboro Wire Goods, and Frye Shoe as a stitcher.

She was a former member of St. Mary’s Church, a member of the Loyal Order of The Moose # 657 and AARP. She enjoyed Bingo, crocheting and knitting. She was a Patriots and Gators fan.

Lucille will be remembered by her family and friends as a warm, loving and giving woman.

She leaves three sons, Kenneth J. Perkins of Worcester and Mark A. and Derek P. Cross of Florida; two brothers, Armand Bedard and Albert Bedard; a sister, Therese Boulay of Marlborough; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. She was predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Laura Perkins, and her siblings, Emile Bedard, Clarence Bedard and Marguerite Bedard.

Calling hours will be held Friday, Nov. 16, from 9-11 a.m., in the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home, 378 Lincoln St., Marlborough. A graveside service will follow at 11:30 a.m. in Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough.
