Region – The Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest  (BGCMW) invite the public to give them a “high 5” for just $5.

Now through Friday, Feb. 15, the organization is holding a fundraiser, #High5For5 Campaign” in hopes of raising $5,000 that will be used to support the programs at its Clubhouses in Hudson, Marlborough and Framingham during the week of February vacation.

BGCMW is the second largest boys and girls club organization in the commonwealth of Massachusetts and serves the communities surrounding Marlborough, Hudson and Framingham.

Each year BGCMW provides youth development, education, prevention, social, athletic, and recreation programs to over 3,200 at-risk children and teens.

According to the organization, impacts of donations include:

One High 5 ($5) will provide snacks for one member during February vacation

Three High 5s ($15) will cover the cost to purchase supplies to run arts & crafts during February vacation

Five High 5s ($25) will make it possible for one member to attend the Club for one day during February vacation

Ten High 5s ($50) will help cover the cost to host a special guest at the Club during February vacation

Twenty High 5s ($100) will make it possible for one member to attend the Club for the week of February vacation
