Shrewsbury – Michael William Marden, 27, of Shrewsbury, passed away Feb. 16, 2019.
He is survived by his parents, Charles H. and Karen M. (Horohoe) Marden; his brothers, Christopher and Andrew; his two cousins (like brothers), Billy and Corey Horohoe; and his two best friends, Brendan O’Rourke and Derek Ryan. Michael is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, and his two dogs, Brady and Jaxson.
Michael had a kind heart and had the opportunity to touch many with his charm and enthusiasm. His struggles he faced everyday are struggles no more. The best version of himself has risen to heaven as an angel to join all of the beloved deceased family and friends.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours Wednesday, Feb. 20, from 4-7 p.m., at the Chiampa Funeral Home ~ 5 Church Road, On the Common, Shrewsbury Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Saint Mary’s Church, 640 Main St. Shrewsbury on Thursday, Feb. 21, at 10 a.m. Family and friends are kindly asked to go directly to the church. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
