Shrewsbury – The Mass. State Police have said that the Silver Alert has been cancelled as the missing man has been found.
SILVER ALERT FOR MISSING SHREWSBURY MAN
Shrewsbury Police are seeking a missing person, Mark Babbitt, 72 (pictured). Mr. Babbitt was last seen wearing a navy blue dinner coat and his pants were possibly tan in color. He is white with gray hair, about 6’ tall and 165 lbs. He may be driving a black 2011 Volkswagen Jetta with Mass. plate 2HX988 and with a “UCONN Huskies” decal on the rear driver’s side window (a representative photo of a black Jetta is seen here). The subject is known to frequent the Northborough and Westborough areas. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Shrewsbury Police Department 508-845-1212.
