Marlborough Mayor concerned with Phase two of vaccine rollout.MARLBOROUGH – The Marlborough Cultural Council, a local affiliate of the Massachusetts Cultural Council, is looking to add new members.

Each year, the Council awards grants to projects that promote the arts, humanities, and sciences in the commu- nity. Soliciting, reviewing, and awarding these grants is the key focus of the Council.

An art background is not necessary but new members must be residents of Marlborough who are passionate about enriching the cultural environment of the community.

Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. The Council is made up of a diverse group of volunteers who meet approximately ten times per year in the evening at City Hall.
