Marlborough Cultural Council seeks grant applicants

MARLBOROUGH – The Marlborough Cultural Council has announced that grant applications are now available.

The council is seeking community-driven projects and events to bring to the city.

For fiscal 2022, the council provided funding for many local programs, including the Northborough Area Community Chorus’ spring and winter programs; Richer Elementary School for its PTO cultural arts program; First Church in Marlborough Congregational UCC for its organ series; Francis Kane Elementary School for its enrichment program; Goodnow Brothers Elementary School for a performance of Rhode Island Black Storytellers; and Lyria Garcia for “Waysland.”

The application deadline is Oct. 17.
