WESTBOROUGH – Turn that chill into chili, and help the Appalachia Service Project.
On Saturday, Jan. 28, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s Parish Hall, the project will host a Chili Fest. Cook up a batch of your best chili and register (with a $10 entry fee) to [email protected].
Those who prefer to tasting (and judging) chili are welcome to attend. There will be drinks, desserts, corn bread and hot dogs.
Prizes will be awarded.
Tickets will be available at the door — $10 per adult, $5 per child and $25 max per family.
Proceeds from the Chili Fest will help the ASP with expenses toward its next service trips this summer and fall. Those wishing more information about the ASP may email [email protected].
The ASP is sponsored by First United Methodist Church and St. Luke the Evangelist Parish.
