Brown, who helps her clients buy and sell homes, started Papillon Realty in 2020. She said the secret to her success is by putting her clients, not the property, first.
Brown noted that people have been spending more time in their homes for the past several years, and some may have finished their basements to become a home office.

Brown noted a January Forbes alert that predicted that with mortgage interest rates dropping earlier this year, homebuilder sentiment is on the rise. Brown specializes in new construction and has expertise working with Toll Brothers, A.J. Lane and Cutler-Brown.
