SHREWSBURY – It’s that time of the year.
Food Truck Thursdays are officially returning to the Shrewsbury Town Hall. The weekly event kicks off on May 18 with Say Cheese!, Potato Potato, Moe’s Sweet Eats and Shishkaberrys of NE on the menu.
This year, the event will run through Oct. 12. Make note – it will take place at Dean Park on July 13 as part of the Recreation Department’s Concert in the Park series.
This is the third full year that the town has held the event. The events unofficially began during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic when some of the food truck operators reached out to the town, looking for a place to sell food.
