SHREWSBURY – Central One Federal Credit Union has announced that Kerry Crutchley has been promoted to chief people and culture officer.
In a press release, Central One said that Crutchley has been an “invaluable asset” to their human resources department since 2014. Most recently, she has served as the vice president of human resources.
Central One said that Crutchley has spearheaded several employee-first initiatives and played a pivotal role in the internal culture committees to ensure that employees feel recognized and valued.
Crutchley has a master’s degree in human resources management. She is also SPHR certified, and a board member of ONE Worcester, the Organization for Nonprofit Excellence and the Boys and Girls Club of Worcester.
