Work Day

WWII Tank Demonstration Weekend
July 8-9, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days, American Heritage Museum, 568 Main St., Hudson. Come see some of the museum’s tank collection in action, including the M4 Sherman, the M24 Chaffee, the M26A1 Pershing and M18 Hellcat. WWII veterans will be taking part in the exhibition. Book Sale on the Lawn
July 8, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Westborough Public Library, 55 West Main St., Westborough. All new items. Most are priced $1 or less; all proceeds support events and services at the library.
Downtown Music Series
Polarized Guru will perform on July 8 from 6 to 9 p.m. in front of Hudson Town Hall as part of the Downtown Museum Series sponsored by the Hudson Downtown Business Improvement District. Visit Silver Lake Beach
The beach at 245 Upton St., Grafton, is open through Aug. 13. Hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed Mondays)
Day passes: Resident — $5 person, $12 per car, $3 for seniors (age 65 and older). Day passes available at the beach; proof of age/residency required.
Season passes: Resident — $20 individual, $45 family, $10 seniors (age 65 and older); Nonresident — $40 individual, $75 family, $20 seniors. Season passes available online only, and may be picked up at the Recreation Office or at the beach.
