Northborough – Glenn H. Schedin, 70, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 14, 2023 in St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by his family.
He leaves a brother Scott Schedin and his wife Jessica of Shrewsbury; a sister Lynne Zastawny of Shrewsbury; 4 nephews- Joshua, Trevor, Steven, and Daniel; a great niece Kenzie; 2 great nephews- Kenny and William; and a sister-in-law Cheryl Schedin. He was predeceased by a brother Kenneth Schedin and brother-in-law Tom Zastawny.
Glenn was born in Worcester, son of the late Eric Harley and Muriel (Pyche) Schedin. He graduated from Algonquin Regional High School as well as Worcester Industrial Technical Institute. He worked as a quality control assistant for several local manufacturing companies over the years.
He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and was active in many of its committees and its Methodist Men. He enjoyed traveling to the family summer home on Cape Cod, watching NASCAR, woodworking, and building things. He was also an active member and Grand Master of the Quinsigamond Lodge #517 of the VASA Order of America.
