Shrewsbury – Kenneth “Jeff” Burdett of 36 N. Quinsigamond Ave, Shrewsbury, Ma, passed away peacefully on July 31st after battling many medical issues for several years.

Born in Worcester, MA., the son of the late Kenneth and Ann (McTiernan) Burdett, Jeff had been a Shrewsbury resident all his life.

Known for his good sense of style and fashion, after graduating from Shrewsbury High School Jeff went on to open his first vintage clothing store, Pastiche, located on Chandler Street in Worcester. After being in the vintage business for many years Jeff retired to become his Mother’s full-time caregiver.

He loved animals and had a passion for music, politics and photography and would often take long rides to capture photos of nature’s beauty.

Jeff was a kind and caring person loved by many people.

He leaves behind a son, Ian Paul Currier, daughter in law Michelle (Ford) Currier, and grandsons, Aiden and Gavin Currier, his brother Barry Burdett and sister in law Susan Burdett of Florida, 2 nieces, Shannon Medeiros of Grafton, and Mandie Burdett of Worcester, 2 nephews, Mike Burdett of Leominster, Colin Burdett of Providence R.I., a grand niece and 3 grand nephews.

Jeff also leaves behind his beloved significant other of many years, Lauri Rosenberg of Worcester, his lifelong friend, Michael Shea of FL, his longtime good friend Mary (Frongillo) Winslow of Shrewsbury and many other good friends.

There will be a Mass for Jeff on September 7th at 11 a.m. at St. Annes Parish in Shrewsbury, MA with a gathering in The Father Smith Center for all to attend in the celebration of Jeff’s life.
