MARLBOROUGH — With temperatures expected to go into the 90s today and tomorrow, the city has announced the following ways to beat the heat:
The Senior Center on New Street will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days for those seeking a place to cool off.
Also, the splash pads will be open today and tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; they are located at 239 Concord Road and 10 Martin St.
The Solomon Pond Mall will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday.

The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory until 8 p.m. on Sept. 8.
