Hudson – Jean Ann (Myshrall) Weaver, 88, of Hudson, MA, passed in her home on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, surrounded by family. She was the beloved wife of sixty years to her late husband Donald Weaver, Sr., also of Hudson, MA, who passed in 2013.

The daughter of the late George F. Myshrall and Gertrude J. (McCluskey), Jean was born and raised in Brighton, MA, where she graduated from Brighton High School. From Brighton, Jean moved to Maynard, MA, where she lived for forty-five years, before settling in Hudson for the past seventeen years. In her professional life, Jean worked for twenty-seven years as a school bus driver for Dee Bus Transportation as part of the Concord School System, and later worked as an administrative assistant for the Lincoln Public School System at Hanscom field for twenty-four years until her retirement in 2016.

Jean is survived by her sons Donald L. Weaver Jr. and his wife Barbara of Hudson, Ma ; Deborah Deyoung of Ocean Park, Me; James M Weaver and his wife Susan of New Durham, NH; Janice Guarino and her Husband Joseph of Chapel Hill, NC; Dale A. Weaver and his partner Lorraine Murray of Randolph; and Diane Lockhart and her husband Bruce of Saco, ME.

She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, Daniel Weaver, Michael Weaver, Nicole Weaver, Stacy Weaver-Sweeney, Brooke Lockhart-Likens, Matthew Weaver, Dale Weaver Jr. Bruce Lockhart, Jr.; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great -grandchildren as well 2 Nieces and other friends. Jean is predeceased by her husband, Donald Sr.; her parents George and Gertrude; her brother Buddy Myshrall; and her sister Madeline Bonin.

Jean loved spending time at the ocean with her family. Some of her favorite places to visit were Old Orchard Beach, Maine, as well as the Two lights in Cape Elizabeth Me and Portland Head light. In addition to her love of the ocean, Jean made porcelain dolls, and sewed the clothing for the dolls she made. She would also create quilts she had made for her family and friends. She was also an avid dog and animal lover, with a particular fondness for her best friend and partner Boston Terrier, Zero.

Calling hours for Jean will be held on Monday, February 26, 2024, from 10:30am-11:30am, at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA. A Celebration of Life will be held in Jean’s memory beginning at 11:30am on Monday, February 26, 2024, following Calling Hours at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home.
