Northborough – The Applefest Parade drew lots of Northborough residents and visitors to downtown Sept. 20, the second of the three-day 24th annual fall festival. Among the participants was the parade’s grand marshal, Arthur Cole, as well as town officials, political candidates, and representatives of schools, organizations and businesses. Several honored the late Spc. Brian K. Arsenault, who was killed in action Sept. 4 in Ghazni, Afghanistan.
