Shrewsbury girls defeat Westborough, 52-41

Shrewsbury – Shrewsbury High School (SHS) girls’ basketball played host to Westborough High School (WHS) on Friday, Dec. 14 in Shrewsbury.  SHS got out to a fast start and lead 13-8 at the end of the first quarter.  However, WHS came out aggressively to start the second quarter and by halftime, SHS’s lead was cut to 22-21.  In the second half, SHS never trailed, winning the game 52-41.
