Sampling a taste of Ireland in Hudson

H_EDITED_WEB_taste_of_ireland[1]Hudson – Irish step dance students from Dance On?gather after performing at “A Taste of Ireland,” a first-time holiday celebration presented March 7 by the River's Edge Arts Alliance and the Hudson Rotary Club at the Hudson Portuguese Club. Entertainment also included comedian Dave Rattigan and Celtic folk music by the Jolly Beggars. A full house of 350 guests enjoyed shepherd's pie, potato leek soup with olive oil, Irish soda bread, various Irish cheeses, apple ginger chutney, and dark chocolate stout brownies with Bailey's whipped cream.
