Annual Friends of the Poor walk Sept. 30

Marlborough – Immaculate Conception and St. Matthias parishes will hold their annual St. Vincent de Paul Friends of the Poor Walk Saturday, Sept. 30, starting at Immaculate Conception School, 25 Washington Court, Marlborough. Registration begins at 9 a.m. The three-mile walk on the Assabet River Rail Trail begins at 10 a.m.

The Friends of the Poor Walk is a national event coordinated by the National Council of the United States Society of St. Vincent de Paul. For more information, contact info@icfopwalk.org.

To donate or register for the walk in advance, go to www.icfopwalk.org. All proceeds benefit those in need in Marlborough.
